Ethos MAX Graphene is a standout performer in the areas that matter most for long-term protection, earning perfect 10s for hydrophobicity (106.2° contact angle), visual appeal across both test panels, and durability. In our durability test it wasn't affected at even 1,000 wash scrubs in the elcometer.

Slickness is solid at 7.5/10 with a friction coefficient of 0.13, though ease of use scores a modest 5/10, making this better suited to detailers comfortable with coating installations. The gloss meter recorded a slight reflectivity loss of 2.9 GU, though this is a minor trade-off given the coating's exceptional overall performance. A serious choice for enthusiasts prioritizing longevity and water behavior above all else.

Note: The gloss testing was done on a 94GU panel and present day tests use an 88GU panel.
