One thing to note is that this test was done on an older 94 GU panel than present day tests done on an 88 GU panel.
The primary limitation is durability, as the product breaks down within 10 test cycles, meaning frequent reapplication would be necessary to maintain consistent protection. Ultimately we are seeing spray products with far stronger durability these days.
