This ceramic coating excels in installation ease and durability, successfully protecting surfaces through over 300 test cycles while maintaining consistent performance on both red and black paint. The product delivers acceptable hydrophobic water behavior with a 94-degree contact angle and provides a subtle visual enhancement to the painted surface.
It also performed reasonably well in shine development, at 90.5 GU it added 2.5GU of specular reflection. Unfortunately the coating leaves behind a fairly tacky surface that may limit ease of maintenance and incur more swirls and scratches than competitors.
