This coating is very easy to install, making it ideal for users seeking a straightforward application process without requiring professional help. It delivers reasonable durability, protecting the paint through over 100 wash cycles while producing an attractive finish that particularly enhances darker paint colors.
However, the coating reduces gloss compared to bare paint and doesn't provide the enhanced surface slickness or water beading characteristics that premium ceramic coatings typically offer, resulting in a more modest protective feel. The coating was not actually hydrophobic in my testing.
